Leppin Recovery Formula is best taken immediately after exercise. Leppin Recovery Formula has a large carbohydrate content which replaces lost energy and whey protein to help rebuild damaged muscle. This is combined with a vast number of vitamins, minerals and amino acids which are all critical elements in a complete recovery.
Directions Dissolve 25g of powder (2 tablespoons) into a small amount of warm water. Make up to 200ml with cold water. Take 200ml daily as a vitamin/mineral supplement. For optimum recovery after exercise drink 500ml - 1 litre within one hour of finishing exercise. | ||
