Shipping Charges

In most cases, unless otherwise requested, orders will be shipped via courier service. As costs for International orders varies, we will confirm shipping costs prior to order confirmation and payment. 

Warranties

All the products we sell are backed by the manufacturers warranty service. Any goods for possible warranty replacement must be returned to Cycle Science with proof of purchase for warranty assessment and inspection. Before returning the goods, please telephone our customer service line 04 589 2822, so that you may be given a returns no, to attach to the goods. This ensures that your warranty will be speedily dealt with. Items covered under manufacturers warranty will be repaired or replaced. Shipping and labour costs are not covered under any warranty.

Returns

Goods can be returned within 14 days of receipt for refund or exchange. The goods must be returned new, unused, unaltered, not previously installed, and in a sellable condition with all of the original packaging. There is also a 15% restocking fee on some items. Freight costs will not be refunded.
