Shipping times are generally between 2-10 working days.
But please allow an extra 1-2 working days for Rural delivery.
Some items may take 2-3 days to source from of site and therefore delivery to you will be a few days later. Instore pricing will vary to advertised web pricing. All products are subject to availability as we do not stock all items in store. We will always try contact you regarding unexpected delays or product changes and unavailable items.

Is the item I purchased covered by warranty?
Our typical manufacturers' warranties are a year or more, with some even offering lifetime warranties. Please call us or email to enquire about a specific item or check out the manufacturers website.
Can I return the product if I'm not happy with it or change my mind?
Please choose carefully as we are not legally obligated to accept returns or exchanges unless the product is damaged or not as described.A restocking fee of 15% will be charged, due to stock being ordered or made available for processing order ( ie ordering from off site suppliers)Also freight will not be refunded and the cost of retuning the goods will need to be paid by the customer
BUYING A BIKE ONLINE..
Can i buy a bike online?
Specialized bikes are not available for purchase online. Please contact us if you are interested in a model you have seen.
All Giant Bikes are available for purchase online, but must be picked up from an approved store. Due to regulations, bikes must be assembled by a qualified bike mechanic in an approved store this is an international policy.

Do I need to get my bike serviced?
At Cycle Science we have a full workshop with all the facilities to get your bike running smooth.
We supply 3 FREE Services with every NEW bike brought, to use within the first year.
We suggest every 6 Weeks, 6 Months and Annually, but it also depends how ofter you are riding as you might need to bring it in more or less.
What style of bike should i get?
The style of bike you need is determined by a number of factors.
Such as how you'd like to ride and where you'd like to ride it.

If an item is online will it be instore?
Unfortunately no, as we carry alot of products online, so not all will be available in our retail store.
Due to stock availability, there are also some products available in store which are not sold online.
Do you sell Gift Cards?
Yes we do ! they make great gifts for bike enthusiast! You can purchase vouchers online HERE
Can you box my bike up for me?
Yes we can we will supply the box and packing. Cost for this is $50 for a basic bike boxing and $70 for a professional bike boxing
Can you ship my bike if i'm travelling?
Yes we can ship your bike if you are travelling within New Zealand, We will charge a boxing fee if you want us to box your bike.
Freight is $60 for the North Island, and $80 for South Island. An extra charge will be applied for Rural Delivery and also Downhill bikes as these tend to be bigger and heavier
