Please note that there are two seperate units and both are required for operation.     It works as specified and intended

    The auxiliary battery and mounting kit were easy enough to install myself, given that I had an appropriate torque wrench and set of bits. The instruction book was sufficiently detailed. NB: Install the mounting plate with flat side upwards.
